Important Dates

2. The last date to submit application form is 30-04-2021. The candidates have to submit the application forms at office of registrar academics. 

Eligibility

The eligibility criteria for this job is follows:

1. Candidates with permanent registration certificate from the state medical council or medical council of India. Otherwise, the application form of candidate will not be accepted. 

2. Preference will be given to candidates who are completing one year's internship upto 01-03-2021. 


Documents required

Affidavit requirements

After the selection of candidates. Each candidate has to submit an affidavit. What needs to be inside of affidavit is as follows:

1. He/she will not leave the job in midway. He/she will serve atleast for 06 months. In case, candidates leaves the job. He/she will have to refund all the  stipend. Furthermore, candidate will not be given any experience certificate. 

2. Candidates has to maintain discipline throughout the Job period. Any kind of indiscipline means termination of candidate.

3. Candidate needs to be free of criminal records or FIR .

4. Candidates should refrain from participating in strikes. If found, His/her tenure will be terminated.

Hindustan petroleum corporation limited (HPCL) invites applications for engineering posts. The various departments in which applications are invited are as follows

Selection Procedure

The selection process is as follows

  • Computer based test: This test is objective type. It comprises of two sections. One aptitude and mathematics. The other one is candidates techinal part. It's weightage is 85%. Also, there is no negative marks in this test. The minimum qualifying marks in domain section is 50% for all categories. 
  • Group Task: candidates who qualify computer based test. They are eligible to sit in group Task. It's weightage is 5%.
  • Personal interview: After group Task, candidates will be called for personal interview. The final merit list will be drawn for all the candidates. Who qualify in all the stages Computer Based Test + Group Task + Personal Interview.

  • The payscale for this post is ₹50,000 to ₹1,60,000

Description

Ministry of External Affairs has released a notification regarding Internship. It has been undertaken with an aim to guide students in many ways. Like,

  • provide more value to the interns. 
  • Ensure better gender inclusivity and increase diversity in terms of qualifications.
  • No change in existing policy for internships at Missions / Posts abroad is proposed under this review.

Eligibility

1. Interns must be an Indian citizens. 

2. The minimum educational qualification of a graduate degree from a recognized university.

3. The maximum age of 25 years as on 31 December of the year of internship.

Intake and Duration

1. Internships will be offered in two terms of six months each namely January–June and July – December.

2. A maximum of thirty interns will be taken by the Ministry during each term.

3. Each intern is going to be engaged for a maximum period of three months.

Diversity

The policy for taking interns is as follows

  • People from all parts of the country.
  • Increased diversity amongst the group of interns in each term with reference to gender, underprivileged sections, geographical domicile and representation from both urban and rural areas.
  • Youngsters from districts under the Transformation of Aspirational Districts Programme (TADP) shall tend priority within the selection process.

Selection

1. The selection process is fully online. Each candidate has to register on the internship portal and acquire access credentials to submit internship form. 

2. The selection process will contains two stages viz. Preliminary Screening and private Interview.

3. A ‘quota cum weightage’ system will be followed. In which applicants belonging to 14 States and 4 Union Territories are going to be considered. The details about the same is in below image.

4. From each state or union territory, 2 interns will be taken. The percentage of women candidates is 30% - 50%.

5. State-wise merit lists are going to be prepared – separately for male and feminine candidates – by elimination supported academic performance in +2 and graduation exams. Priority are going to be given to applicants from TADP districts.

6. Candidates selected within the merit lists are going to be involved personal interview to be conducted by videoconferencing. If any selected candidates wants his/her name out, the next candidates within the merit list will be offered the chance .

Stipend and other expenses

1. The stipend of ₹10,000 per month will be paid to every intern. 

2. The air travel expenses from interns state to Delhi will be covered by MEA. Further, MEA will also cover air travel expenses after the internship is over. 

What is this internship about?

1. The goal of this internship programme is to  provide an introduction to the method of formulation of policy and its implementation by the govt of India.

2. Interns are going to be assigned specific topics of labor by the concerned Head of Division (HOD) and should be required to conduct research, analyze evolving developments or perform the other tasks given by the HOD.

3.  At the end of internship, interns will have to submit a report. Intern has to maintain full confidentiality and secrecy of any information concerning the Ministry of External Affairs.

Important Dates 

1. The submission of online application is available on website from 11-03-2021.

2.  The last date of online submission of application is 12-04-2021. 

3. In case of editing of application. The portal will be open from 14-04-2021 to 16-04-2021. 

4. The tentative date of examination for prelims is 11-07-2021.

5. The tentative date of Examination for Mains is 04-10-2021. However, date of examination can change.

Eligibility 

1. Candidate is a domicile of Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. Thus, Candidate must have domicile certificate issued by concerned authority.

2. The minimum qualification required is Bachelor's degree. So, candidate have to provide a proof of degree from recognised University/Institution.

3. Further, the candidate in last month's of their bachelor's degree. They can also apply. 

4. The age limit for candidates of different categories are as follows

  • For Open Merit, the age limit is 37 years.
  • For reserved category candidates, the age limit is 39 years.
  • For physically challenged candidates, the age limit is 40 years.
  • Further the age limit for in-service candidates is 39 years. Provided, he has completed two years service on 01-01-2021. 

Reservation

1. Reservation for various communities is also available for advertised posts.

2. Communities like Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes(ST), Economical Weaker Section(EWS), Persons with Disabilities (PwD), Pahari Speaking People(PSP), etc.

3. The reservation is applicable only, if candidate is able to provide the reservation certificate. 

4. In case of fraud certificate. The candidate will be debarred from examination.

Appointment Of the Candidates

The Appointment and other service conditions in respect of the candidate selected through this selection process. It will be under the provisions of  the Jammu & Kashmir Probationer (Condition of Services, Pay & Allowances) and Fixation of Tenure Rules, 2020, notified vide S.O 192 dated 17th of June 2020.

Eligibility
